Your safety is our major concern. Therefore, please be aware of the following preoperative procedures:

  1. Before the scheduled operation one should contact our consultatnt (e.g. via telephone)

  2. The consultant provides you with all the necessary information about the operation. Any doubts or questions concerning our service will be clarified.

  3. After initial conversation our consultant will ask you to send details, via e-mail or a courier service (such as UPS or DHL), including your health conditions and the medical history documentation.

  4. As soon as we receive your medical documentation our company will consult specialists and determine your individual course of treatment. The results of our study are also presented to you. The final report includes: medical opinion of your case, possible treatment options, necessary preliminary tests, the length of your hospital stay and the estimated period of convalescence.

  1. After that, our consultant sends you a pattern of the agreement as well as the offer concerning your individual case, which includes as follows:

    - details of the operation and medical care conditions (pre- and post-operative)

    - accommodation issues

    - possible means of transport:

      - we suggest the most suitable date of flight and possible connections

      * we do not book tickets and do not take responsibility for the flights and delays

      - we provide you with the transport from and to the airport (we will pick you up and accompany you all the way to the hotel)

- tourist opportunities and tourist program (if you wish there was more about your journey then just an operation)

- at this stage you will be also given the estimate cost of your medical service

  1. If you understand and accept our conditions and offer please make an advance payment or transfer the full amount to the account of Medical Poland LTD. When the money is transferred our offer and conditions are considered to be accepted and the agreement concluded.

  2. After all, you should book a ticket (as to arrive within the time agreed in the contract). When it comes to airlines we strongly recommend Polish LOT www.lot.pl and following airports: Bydgoszcz, Gdansk, Poznan and Warsaw. The estimated time of the therapy that we suggest does not change in most cases. Nevertheless, there is always a risk of an extended hospital stay.

  3. The last part of the preoperative procedure is to provide you with the transport from the airport and to the hotel, where the agreement and other formal conditions will be concluded. You will be also given a mobile phone to contact us when it is necessary. When the time comes you will be taken to hospital/ward/clinic, introduced to the staff and informed about the medical procedures. At least 3 days before the scheduled operation a full payement must be made.
